Victoria Grace Mullins, of Avondale, WV, passed away suddenly on September 10, 2021.Victoria was born on September 12, 1959 in Welch, WV to Allen Burks and the late Nancy (Kissinger) Burks of Princeton/Iaeger, WV.

Victoria was a graduate of Iaeger High School and a member of the Iaeger United Methodist Church.

Victoria was a woman with a kind, generous spirit.She loved arts and crafts, home decor, and decorating for all holidays, from Christmas to Easter to Valentine's Day.She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and planning events for the holidays and special occasions.Victoria always had a smile on her face, and you never left her home empty-handed!Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family.

Victoria was also predeceased by her son, Jared Mullins.

Victoria is survived by her beloved husband, Chester Mullins; loving children:Eric (Cynthia) Dotson, Kara (Chris) Dell'Orso, and Joey Dotson; dear grandchildren: Caleb, Bristol, Gracie, Weston, Harrison, Duke, and Ford; devoted father, Allen Burks; fond sister, Chris (Ricky) Lester; special niece, Tara (Jarrod) Pairgin; and many other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Tuesday, September 14 from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM at the Roselawn Funeral Home and Cemetery, 450 Courthouse Road, Princeton, WV, 24740.A Funeral Service will immediately follow at 1:00 PM.Interment Roselawn Cemetery.
