Patricia Carol Britten Steele, 69, passed away December 18, 2019.She was born December 5, 1950 in McDowell County to the late George William and Mildred Moore Britten.Pat attended the Lewisburg Community Pentecostal Church.She enjoyed spending time with her church family, making meals for her family and friends, gardening, and watching her birds.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Doug and Kenny Britten.



Those left to cherish her memory include two daughters, Melissa Vermillion and husband Matthew of Rainelle, and Heather Martin of Lewisburg, three sisters, Linda Smeby of Denver, NC, Rhonda Horn of Pounding Mill, VA, and Deborah Zamberlan of Hurricane, three grandchildren, Kayla Shrewsbury, Amy Carter, and Summer Martin, three great-grandchildren Ainsley Carter, Averie Gohar, and Nolan Shrewsbury.



A Memorial Graveside Service celebrating Pat's life will be conducted at 1:00PM Thursday January 2, 2019 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton.
