Opal Nancy (Osborne) Grassiotto, 82, of Princeton, WV, went to be with our Lord and Savior on Thursday, June 25. She passed peacefully surrounded by her family.Opal was born in Grundy, VA to Ray and Julie (Street) Osborne. She was a former resident of Keystone, WV for 34 years and resided in Princeton for the past 31 years. She was a Homemaker most of her life, taking loving care of her three children.Opal was a dedicated supporter of the Disabled Veterans of America, and St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Tony Navy whom she was married to for 14 years, and her second husband, Johnny Grassiotto, whom she was married to for 7 years, two brothers, Darrell Osborne, and Ray Osborne.
Opal is survived by her children Nancy Navy (Arthur) Toth of Princeton, WV, Johnny Nevi (Robin) of Virginia Beach, VA, and Tina Navy (Jeffrey) Burks of Mooresville, NC. Seven Grandchildren, Two Great-Grandchildren, and Two Great-Great-Grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters, Leona (Osborne) Atkins of Kernersville, NC. and Rose (Osborne) Graham of Kyle, WV. Pallbearers will be family members and friends.
Visitation will be Monday, June 29, 2020 at 10:00 am in the Chapel of Roselawn Funeral Home in Princeton. Funeral Services will follow at 12:00 pm on June 29, 2020 also in the Chapel of Roselawn Funeral Home. Services will be officiated by Derek Cowan of Living By Faith Baptist Church.
