Octavia Laraine Thornton, a perfect little angel, was born peacefully sleeping on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at Princeton Community Hospital in Princeton, WV. She was surrounded by her family who loved her dearly.

Octavia is survived by her adoring mother, Summer Lee-Anne Thornton of Bluefield, WV; Grandparents, Matthew Thornton and Pamela (Pam) Hylton, Billy and Tracy Barie all of Bluefield, WV; aunt, Josslynne (Jossy) Thornton of Bluefield, WV; uncle, Bently Thornton of Bluefield, WV; great uncle and aunt, Eugene (Eddie) and Rhonda Thornton of Kegley, WV.

Octavia is preceded in death by her great grandparents William Eugene Thornton and Alva Christine Thornton.

The family will receive friends at Roselawn Funeral Home in Princeton, WV, on February 21, 2024 from 10:30AM-11:00 AM. Services will immediately follow. Interment will take place at Resthaven Memorial Park in Princeton, WV.
