On July 10, 1945 Marshall Leroy McClaine Sr was born in Washington D.C. parented by Geraldine McClaineand Ralph Jones and grew up with his siblings Joan , Patricia and Marvin .

Marshall fathered 3 children with his first wife , Shirley McClaine. Later he married Candy McClainewith whom helped him raise his children for many years . In his golden years Marshall relocated to West Virginia with his long time companion Beverly Shepherd. Marshall is survived by his 3 children his eldest daughter Angela , his son Marshall Jr and the youngest daughter Tamara .He was also a proud grandfather to 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren .

Marshall spent most of his life in Maryland and worked very hard as a truck driver . He enjoyed hunting, fishing , bowling and was a man of GOD always involved with the church . Hewas a great storyteller and a man of many words . Marshall went home to GOD on September 9 , 2020 . His memorial service will be held at Roselawn Funeral Home in Princeton , West Virginia led by Rev David Lee on September 19, 2020. Friends and family can visit at 10 am. Service starts at 11am .
