Kirby Robert Terry, 83, of Bluefield, West Virginia went to be with the Lord on Thursday November 16, 2023. He was born on March 1, 1940, in Oakvale, West Virginia. He was the son of the late John and Lula Terry. He was a good husband, a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He had a long and successful career as a construction worker. He was known to be very skilled in these areas. In his free time, he enjoyed spending time with his family; he cherished every moment and created lasting memories with his loved ones. Kirby found joy in the simple pleasures of life, finding solace in the company of his family and friends. He will be missed by his surviving family members, including his sister Penny Hubbard of Maryland, children Sherry and husband Bobby Suttle, Stephanie and husband Tim Hampton, and Mitzie Terry, grandchildren Kirby Robert and wife Jamie Suttle, Bobby Joe Jr. and wife Brandy Suttle, Zack Hampton, Lily and husband Dalton West, and Hannah Browning, great-grandchildren Kirby Robert Suttle II, Bobby Joe Suttle III, Emily Suttle, Haylea Suttle, Braxton Hampton, and Kreed West.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his siblings, and his wife of 60 years Margie Sue Terry.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00PM Monday, November 20, 2023 at Roselawn Cemetery with Pastor David Kirby officiating.
