Kathryn Mae Krondon Faw, 86 years old of Coral Oaks Assisted Living, Palm Harbor, FL, formally of Bluefield, VA passed away on Wednesday, August 14, 2024.

Kathryn was born in Crane Creek Coal Camp, WV on March 19, 1938 and was a daughter of the late Mike and Annie Proco Krondon. Kathryn graduated from McComas High School in 1957 and married her husband, "Buddy" on November 8, 1957. She was a stay at home wife and mother raising their five children.

In addition to her parents, Kathryn was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Tam Thomas (Buddy) Faw, Jr., her son, Michael and daughter, Tamera (Tammy) as well as six brothers and three sisters.

Those left to cherish her memory are her two sons, David of Galax, VA, Jonathan (Jon) and wife Debbie of Pearisburg, VA; daughter, Jennifer Warden and husband , David of Palm Harbor, FL; sister, Shirley keys and husband, Frank of Beckley, WV; seven grandchildren; and fourteen great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at Roselawn Funeral Home, Friday, August 23, 2024 at 12:30PM with funeral services beginning at 1:00PM with Pastor Larry Dyer officiating. Burial will take place at Roselawn Cemetery immediately following the service. Family will serve as pallbearers.
