Kathryn Riner Elliott Riffle, of Pinehurst, NC, died September 22, 2022 unexpectedly at her home in Pinehurst, NC. Born April 21, 1957 in Bluefield, WV she was a daughter of Margaret Phillips Elliott and the late Clyde Edwin Elliott. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul G. Riffle. Kathryn was a 1975 graduate of Bluefield High School. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing Management from Bluefield State College in 1982. Kathryn was President of Holly Realty, in Pinehurst, NC.
Survivors include her mother, Margaret Phillips Elliott of Pinehurst, NC; her sister, Lillian Elliott Slaughter (TJ) of Murrells Inlet, SC; her niece, Dr. Kathryn Slaughter-Mehfoud (Collins) and their children of Shepherdsville, KY; and her beloved dogs, Zsa-Zsa and Sabat.
A memorial service is scheduled for Thursday, September 29, 2022 at 1 PM at the Memory Gardens of the Village Chapel in Pinehurst, NC.
