Mrs. Judy Ann Dale Holley-Goodrich 75 of Princeton formerly of Iaeger, passed away October 10, 2019 following an extended illness.She was born December 31, 1943 in Lex, WV to the late Walter and Irene Smith Dale.Mrs. Holley-Goodrich was a retired educator and taught many years in McDowell County Schools.She taught at Bradshaw Jr. High, Iaeger Intermediate, and Sandy River Middle Schools.Mrs. Holley-Goodrich enjoyed sitting on her porch drinking coffee, working crossword puzzles, and being around friends and family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband Robert Thomas Holley.
Survivors include her husband Ralph Goodrich of the residence, two sons, Robert Thomas Holley, II and wife Charish of Bluewell, and Evan Scott Holley of the residence, two brothers,Billy Dale of Bluewell, and Donald Dale of Clifton Forge, VA, two grandchildren Nathaniel and Benjamin Holley.She is also survived by her husband Ralph's extended family.A Memorial Celebration of Judy's life will be conducted at 3:00pm Sunday October 13, 2019 at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel in Princeton.The family will receive friends from 2:00pm until time of the service Sunday at the Funeral Home.
