Gwendolyn "Gwen" Ingraffia, 69, of Hoffman Estates, IL, formerly of Princeton, went home to Heaven on Saturday May 25, 2024. Born September 28,1954 in Princeton, she was the daughter of Rachel Justice Broyles of Chicago, IL and the late Charlie Broyles, both originally from Hurley, VA.

Gwen, a compassionate and loving soul, will be deeply missed by her family and friends. In addition to her mother, survivors include her husband Peter Ingraffia, her son Michael Nash (Chelsea) of Hickory, NC, her son Tony Ingraffia (Tina) of Roselle, NC, her sister Berniadean Morgan of Princeton, WV, her brother-in-law Manuel Simental of Chicago, IL, her grandchildren Allie, Audrey, Charlie, Danielle, and Brenna, and her five nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father Charlie Broyles, her sister Patricia Simental, and her brother-in-law Edward "Bobby" Morgan.

Gwen graduated from Harper College in 1999 with a degree in Nursing. She was a dedicated Registered Nurse who touched the lives of many with her caring nature.

In her free time, Gwen enjoyed following politics, spending quality time with her loved ones, and watching movies.

The family would like to send a special "thank you" to her special neighbors and friends, Jeremy and Susan Vance.

A service to honor and celebrate Gwen's life will be held on Saturday June 8th at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton, West Virginia, with the service beginning at 11:30 am followed by entombment.

May her kind and loving spirit live on in the hearts of those who knew and cherished her.
