Gerald "Jerry" Clinton Smith, of Bluefield, WV, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2021.

Jerry was a kind and generous man.He loved the outdoors, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Jerry was predeceased by his loving parents, Shelton Lacy and Josephine (Pennington) Smith; siblings Nancy Fisher and Jimmy Smith; and first wife, Ruby (Levitt) Smith.

Jerry is survived by his beloved wife, Rheta G. (Hall) Smith; devoted children: Alice Smith, Timothy (Tina) Smith, and Don (Karen) Smith; dear grandchildren: Michael (Samantha) Smith, Michelle (Ian) Bryant, and Shannon Smith; adoring step-grandchildren:Joshua, Christina, and Savannah; special great-grandchildren: Benjamin, Henry, and Steven; fond siblings:Betty Browning, Frank (Sandra) Moure II, and Patricia Ringsdorf; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Saturday, September 4 from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM at the Roselawn Funeral Home and Cemetery, 450 Courthouse Road, Princeton, WV, 24740. A Funeral Service will immediately follow at 1:00 PM. Interment Roselawn Cemetery.
