Mr. Gale "Buster" Lester, 73, of Peterstown, passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday October 29, 2019.He was born February 16, 1946 in Mohwak, WV, and was the son of the late Joe and Maudie Dotson Lester.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Eunice "Pootsie" Cheek.Survivors include his wife Becky Cline Lester of the residence, two daughters Neveah Skye Lester of the residence and Crystal Gayle Griffin and Husband Allen of Cumming, GA, a granddaughter Josephine Virginia Griffin of Cumming, GA, Two step children Bethany and Jay Wooley of Ivanhoe, VA, and Alex Brooks of Wytheville, VA, two step grandchildren Kasiley and Garrison Wooley, three sisters, Martha Nagle and husband Louis of Palm Beach, FL, Helen Patton and husband Jack of Princeton, and Carolyn Ruth Foster of Wisconsin, four brothers, Michael Lester of Peterstown, Joe Lester and wife Sandra of Princeton, David Lester of Ball Ground, GA, and Douglas Dotson of Princeton.Multiple nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends also survive, a special cousin and friend Danny Lester of Hanover, WV.
A Celebration of Gale's life will be conducted at 2:00PM Friday November 1, 2019 at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel in Princeton with Pastor Ralph Trent officiating.Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery.Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers.The family will receive friends from 1:00pm-2:00pm on Friday at the Funeral Home.
