Our beloved Veteran, husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend Douglas Larry Williamson of Pageland, SC heard the call of the Father and stepped into heavenly eternity on Wednesday August 4, 2021.

Larry was born October 30, 1952 at Bluefield, WV; he was a son of the late Louis John Williamson and Emma Lou Barrett Williamson.

Larry was retired for several years now from Cooper Tools of Monroe, NC. He was known by everyone and always was willing to help anyone, even if he did not know them.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving daughter of 51 years, Kathy Lynn Burton of Pageland, SC; two granddaughters, Niki Mumpower and husband Charles "CW" of Monroe, NC and Christy Griffin and husband Michael of Pageland, SC. Five great-grandchildren Abigail Mumpower, Michael Mumpower, Kendall Griffin, Aiden Griffin, and Cashton Griffin. Five siblings, James Williamson of Bluewell, WV: Brenda Honaker of Bluefield, VA, Ricky Williamson of Greensboro, NC, Shirley Ratliff of Greenbriar, TN, and Ray Williamson of Bell Buckle, TN.

Relatives and friends may visit Roselawn Funeral Home, 450 Courthouse Road, Princeton, WV 24740 on Monday, August 9, 2021 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM.A Funeral Service will immediately follow at 1:00 PM, with Pastor Kenny Bugart officiating.Larry will be laid to rest at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Princeton. Family and friends will be serving as pallbearers.
