Debra Ann (Debbie) Mitchell, age 64 departed this world on August 27, 2023 to be reunited with the love of her life for 41 years, Jessie Wayne Mitchell. Born July 14, 1959 in Welch, WV, she was a daughter of the late Jack and Louise Lee. She enjoyed shopping with her three daughters, playing Bingo, collecting Pioneer Woman items, and having her granddaughter, Debra do her nails. Most importantly, she loved being surrounded by her grandbabies, great grandbabies and step grandbabies. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Jackie Wade Lee; three sisters, Roxanna Lee, Carolyn Lee, and Linda Hicks.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Jesse Mitchell and wife, Linda; three daughters, Tammy (Boo-Boo) Mitchell and fiancé, Everett Whitt, Barbara Ann Seal and husband, Howard, and Becky Renea Smith and husband Ted all of Princeton, WV; two brothers, Randy Lee of Welch, WV, Ronnie Lee and wife Kim of Mocksville, NC; two sisters, Tammy Lee and husband Timmy of Princeton, WV, Tina Wright and husband, Ruben of Welch, WV. Debbie had ten grandchildren, Alex Mitchell, Holly Mitchell, Caitlyn Hancock, Debra Ann Seal, Jonathan Seal, Cassie Mitchell, Eli Mitchell, Adam Mitchell, Elijah Mitchell and Jessica Mitchell; fourteen great grandchildren, Carter Mitchell, Michael Mitchell, Josiah Mitchell, Easton Mitchell, Paisley Mitchell, Eilleatte Taylor, Quentin Taylor, Silous Taylor, Killva Taylor, Zachary Mitchell, Zander Hancock, Zayleigh Hancock, Sophia Seal, and Haisleigh Seal. She also had three step grandchildren; TJ Smith, Brandon Smith, and Steven Smith.

Funeral Arrangements will be forthcoming. Pallbearers include Howard Seal, Ted Smith, Zachary Mitchell, Jonathan Seal, Alex Mitchell, Jesse Mitchell, Jeremiah Fontaine, Jason Taylor, Steven Smith, TJ Smith, and Joey Hancock.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Roselawn Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
