David John Foxwell, 73 of Bluefield, WV passed away on Sunday, August 21, 2022 at his residence. David was born on November 18, 1948 in London, England to the late Arthur and Ivy Foxwell. After graduating high school, David began a career in woodworking. He was a member of the Church of England. David loved gardening, reading, and studying history. He was also a war reenactor. David enjoyed reenacting WW1, WW2, and the Civil War. David loved his family very much, which included his cats, especially Susy.
In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by his brothers Allan and Barry Foxwell.
Left to cherish David's memories are his loving wife of 39 years, Valerie Foxwell; sons: Alexander (Julie) Foxwell and Nik Stone of Swindon, England; step-daughter Maxine Simes, 3 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
