Brenda J. Bell Hager of Airport Road in Bluefield, WV passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 with her loving caregiver, Tami Ball, by her side.

Brenda was a retired office manager with the Daniels Company and had many years of service. She loved fishing and was known to beat Steve in their catches, or so she said, but he claims otherwise. Brenda loved playing the piano in church and was a youth leader at Airport Road First Church of God for several years.

In addition to her parents James and Kathleen Bell, Brenda is preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Hager; sister, Carolyn Bell, and numerous and aunts and uncles.

Those left to cherish her memory include Kenneth and Melissa Hager, and their son Jay; cousins, Dora Shrader, Autumn, Michelle, and Mary Honaker.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the Ball family, Tami, Tater, Cindy and Gail for the awesome care they gave Brenda over the last few years. They not only cared for her, but they loved her as well.

The family will receive friends Saturday, April 5, 2025 at Roselawn Funeral Home in Princeton, WV from 12:30-1:30PM. Funeral services will begin at 1:30PM with Pastor Ryan Parks officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Cemetery in Princeton, WV. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
