In Loving Memory of Brenda Mae (West) Dunford

Brenda Mae (West) Dunford, 74, of Princeton, West Virginia, went to her heavenly home on July 4, 2025. She was born on January 17, 1951, to the late Curtis West and Mabel (Brooks) West.

Brenda dedicated many years to her career as a pharmacy technician at Super-X, located in the Kroger Shopping Plaza in Bluefield, WV, before retiring due to a back disability. She lived a life of strong faith, putting God first every day.

She found joy in attending church, tending her flower beds, and spending time by the ocean. Brenda was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who deeply cherished time with her family and friends.

Brenda was preceded in death by her daughter, Tammy Lynn Williams; her husband of 22 years, Jessie "Fred" Dunford; her parents, Curtis and Mabel West; and her brothers, Bobby West and George "Joe" Stowers.

She is survived by:
•    Two sisters: Dorothy (Junior) Peery and Melissa Gurtler
•    One brother: Eugene West
•    Two daughters: Tina (Toby) Lange and Delta (Mike) Atkinson
•    Bonus son: Matt Dunford
•    Grandchildren: Amber (Derek) Jennelle, Nicole Lange, Jacob Lange, Josh (Kayla) Atkinson, and Zack (Meagan) Atkinson
•    Great-grandchildren: Maddie Atkinson, Ryleigh Atkinson, Paisley Atkinson, River Atkinson, Knox Jennelle, and Saylor Jennelle
