Mrs. Belva Arlene Bostic, 90 of Montcalm passed away September 22, 2019 following an extended battle with illness. She was born February 1, 1929 in McDowell County to the late Garnet Reynolds and the late Mary (Preston) Reynolds.
Mrs. Bostic was a homemaker and an avid animal lover. She enjoyed being with her family and friends, going to Smith Mountain Lake, and the company of her pet dogs.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sons Charles Bostic, William Bostic Sr, husband Charles Marvin Bostic, and daughter Ann (Bostic) Punturi.
Survivors include a son BJ Bostic and wife Elizabeth of Princeton, a daughter Kimberly (Bostic) Mallory and husband Brandon of Brushfork, a niece Jane Thomas and husband Cliff of Bealton, VA, 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
A Memorial Celebration of her Life will be conducted at 3:00PM Sunday September 29, 2019 at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel in Princeton. The family will receive friends from 2:00PM until time of the service on Sunday at the funeral home.
